Your love story isn’t just about a day. It’s about the life you’re building.
At The Elysian Retreat in Sedona, we offer something different—an experience that honors connection, not just coordination.
What we offer is more than a stay—it’s a three-night pause to ground into presence with your partner and your closest loved ones. A deeply intentional space to reflect on your relationship and the future you're stepping into—held in beauty, in nourishment, and in shared meaning.
This is how a new chapter begins—through intimacy, simplicity, and slow, sacred time together.
Your love story isn’t just about who you marry, but what you carry forward. A wedding isn’t just an event—it’s a milestone, a deepening, a moment to claim the life you are building together.
At The Elysian Retreat Sedona, we believe your wedding should be more than a single day of celebration.
It should be a transformational journey—a sacred pause to be fully present with your partner, your closest loved ones, and the future you are stepping into.
A wedding retreat blends the depth of a transformational retreat with the beauty of a soul-aligned celebration.
Instead of a one-day whirlwind, this is a fully supported 3-night, 4-day journey where your ceremony is just one part of something much deeper.
At The Elysian Retreat, we hold space for couples who want to begin their marriage immersed in connection—with each other, their people, and the natural world.
Tucked in a quiet pocket of Sedona with private trail access to Oak Creek, your days unfold slowly, intentionally, and with care.
It’s a chance to breathe. To celebrate. To be fully present in the moment that marks your next chapter.
We spent a year planning a large wedding with over 150 guests—pouring time, money, and energy into making sure everyone had a great experience.
But on the day of, we found ourselves overwhelmed. The things that truly mattered weren’t the grand gestures—they were the quiet, meaningful moments: our private vow exchange, a small welcome dinner with our closest loved ones, and the space to just be present.
It wasn’t until couples began asking to stay at our retreat home for their intimate gatherings that we realized… there was another way. We had always believed weddings had to be big, elaborate, and full of extended family—even people we barely spoke to.
Then we experienced something that changed everything: we attended a retreat with our own family. Away from distractions, immersed in nature, and grounded in intentional time together, we found healing, clarity, and deep connection. It brought our relationships to a new level. It helped us remember what truly matters.
That experience showed us what was possible when you slow down and begin this new chapter with presence. Not just a celebration—but a container for connection. Not just a ceremony—but a sacred pause to honor what you're stepping into.
At The Elysian Retreat, we offer a 3-night stay for couples and their closest loved ones looking to gather, connect, and begin their marriage in a way that feels soulful and aligned.

They are on top of their communication and transparent with expectations of their guests and the accommodations provided. My husband and I booked this location for us and a few of our guests during our elopement. They also work with some exceptional private chefs and will provide micro weddings if it's something you desire. The way the house is decorated pays homage to the surrounding beauty and tranquility of Sedona. A short hike on a private trail reveals a section of Oak Creek. Every amenity is thought of within the retreat. We are so grateful to have picked this location and for the amazing people that own it. We are excited at the idea of staying here again!
I really loved how they took the time to get to know us and our vision for our day. Prior to arriving at the retreat, our entire parties baggage was lost at the Phoenix airport, Roger and Kristen so graciously offered to lend us anything they could to make our day still happen, right down to lending dress shoes for my husband. Thankfully, our bags were located and we received them before the wedding, but this act of kindness and generosity just speaks toward their incredible character. The retreat itself was absolutely stunning! Set in the hills of Arizonas most infamous red rock, this home just oozed deserty vibes. Each room had its own element design and was decorated so beautifully. The main living space was open and cozy, perfect for small or large get togethers. Lastly and probably my most favorite part of the retreat was the views from their huge deck where we had our wedding reception, followed by another upper deck surrounded by gorgeous twinkle lights. I seriously felt like I was in a Disney movie. Kristen's table scape was an art piece on its own- my guests are still talking about it. From the warm earthy tones and dessert burnt orange colors, you really feel Arizonas magical charm all around you. Roger was so helpful with mc'ing our first dance and helping us with our pre selected Playlists- we really didn't have to worry about anything. I couldn't have imagined a better day and I'm so glad that we picked Kristen and Roger's Elysian Retreat for it.
My wife and I worked with Kristen and Roger for our micro wedding which came together perfectly. They have a keen eye for detail and took a lot of the stress away from planning by being proactive, communicative, and friendly. Kristen and Roger had great recommendations for vendors that specialize in small weddings and helped create a holistic timeline that ensured our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish. Our families stayed at the Elysian Retreat Sedona and loved every aspect of the house: location, views, comfort, esthetic, cleanliness. We plan to have future family getaways at the Elysian Retreat Sedona to spend great time with one another, have access to the outdoors and expansive night skies, and forge new memories in one of our favorite places in the world! Thank you, Kristen and Roger, for opening your home to our families and helping make our wedding weekend so magical!

Our intimate wedding at The Elysian Retreat exceeded all of our expectations. Dani, Kristen, and Roger went above and beyond to make our special day seamless and stress-free. Our friends and family couldn't stop raving about how perfect everything was. We are forever grateful to The Elysian Retreat and recommend this venue to everyone! Thank you again for making our wedding day so special - we will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.
Don’t think, just book! We were lucky enough not only to be guests at The Elysian but also host our micro-wedding there! Their team was incredibly kind and dedicated - we were taken care of at every step of the way. Not only was the lead up to our big day amazing with The Elysian team, but their help day of was second to none. Don’t even get me started on the home… pictures can’t do the serenity felt there justice! As a testament to Kristen, Rodger, Dani and the entire Elysian Team - our group’s car wouldn’t start when we were checking out to leave Sedona from the Elysian early in the morning. When I tell you that Roger and Dani didn’t even blink before coming to help us out… Rodger was personally getting jumper cables for us while Dani was seeing if a neighbor had any. They showed up for us… before, during and after our wedding. We couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with them.
They helped us every step of the way from location suggestions, music, transportation, food, hair & make-up, and everything in between! The retreat offered a beautiful space for our group to stay and enjoy a dinner reception. The team at the Elysian Retreat were extremely accommodating helping us move our dinner indoors due to the weather. My wife and I highly recommend planning a wedding at the Elysian Retreat. The accommodations are lovely and the location has direct access to Oak Creek and was only a short drive from our ceremony spot at the base of Cathedral Rock.
For less than the cost of a traditional wedding, immerse yourself in a 3-night journey that celebrates your love in a way that’s intentional, connected, and truly reflective of your story.
